Really worthwhile. I sometimes go to bed a little later, and I’ll allow that, but this goal has given me the strength to go home from the pub at 11pm instead of staying out under peer pressure until stupid times of the morning (used to be up to 3:30am).

I also used to dick around on the internet until all hours – usually unproductively by that time of night. I now see the clock approaching midnight, and basically decide that I have to go to bed before I turn into a pumpkin. In fact, that’s what I often say if I’m in my regular chatroom.

Mornings are so much easier if you have gone to bed on time.

That’s two nights I’ve been up past midnight. There’s still a general trend of before, but a goal is a goal, so we’re now up to March 7th.

In bed by midnight for 1 more week (March 4th) and I’ll mark it done.

Just need to get off the computer and clean my teeth.

I’ve been pretty bad at this lately, but I have an appointment at the gym tomorrow at 6pm, so I have to be in work on time.

30 minutes early. Not as good as my last entry, but much better than I have been lately.

Forgot about this and made it about 1am. However, I did get up with my alarm and get into work on time, so I’m not going to feel too guilty.

I must try to remember the goal, though.

I’ve been bad at bedtimes lately. I need 8 hours sleep a night, so getting up at 7:30, I need to be in bed by 11:30. However, I’ll put a hard limit on midnight (except tomorrow night, of course!)
