My experience is that the more you accept yourself, the more you accept others. Conversely, the more you accept others, the more accepting you can be of yourself. I go to an Episcopal church that is an “Oasis” community. That means they accept all people regardless of race, age, financial condition, sexual preference, etc. The name of the game is Diversity: I love it.
