To make this easier to meet I want to break this into sub goals:

1)Let fruits and veggies dominate my diet
2)Reduce sugar/junk food consumption
3)Increase water intake
4)Avoid cheap starch fillers

Out of frugality I’ve switched to vegetarian every day but Sunday. I think I’m eating fairly healthy except for higher levels of sodium than I should be consuming, but I lost 5lbs.

Oh dear, I’m pigging out on bread and crackers. I’m certainly not getting enough veggies. Grrr. :(



Too much starch and sugar... 2 years ago

Not enough veggies. And a tendency to munch.

I’m not a terrible eater, my pasta and breads are whole wheat and I frequently consume fruit. I actually like vegetables. I need to eat less starches and sugars though. Let’s see if I can do a month with a lowered treat ratio of things like french fries and french pastry.
