4 miles and counting — 1 month ago
Today I ran 4 miles. It felt good. I didn’t get short of breath or tired. I will try for 5 on Saturday. =]
Once I can do 7 I will start working on getting my time down. Right now I’m going really slow, doing 11 minute miles. I’d like to get that down to about 8 minute miles. I have a long way to go, but I’m not in a hurry!
