Got busy and gained back the weight. Oy! I started going to the gym on my lunch hour this week, as it’s too busy at 7pm after work. We’ll see how this goes. It’s something to try! Might just energize my afternoons and make me want to snack more healthily at work. Also, it forces me to pack my lunch because I can’t leave until 2pm, as I don’t have the premium membership.

Okay, I’ve lost at least 3, but the last 4 will be the toughest. My clothes feel looser; is that possible with that little weight lost? I know; I should be measuring, but that’s too much trouble!
I’m copying Yogagirl by giving Sparkpeople.com a try! Hey, it worked for her so far! This is inspiring! And I found out I’m a Fast Fueler! I eat on the go! Not a big surprise, but good to recognize and deal with! Ok…let’s go!
Ok, so my friend told me about this book, “French Women Don’t Get Fat,” so I bought it and prioritized it on my reading list! Yea! Bad: I’ve started eating cookies at work. But not really anywhere else. Although yesterday I did have a cupcake at a fundraiser because I was so hungry, and that was all that was left for food. I really feel like I should bring tennis shoes to work and walk a bit on my lunch hours. At least until it is too cold/rainy outside. Especially since I’m pretty busy with rehearsals and it’s harder to get to the gym. Also, this morning I was out of cereal, so I had a Carnation breakfast shake. Not too filling and ended up getting ham and cheese on a bagel on way to work. 2nd breakfast can’t be good. But maybe I can have a superlight lunch…...
So went to the gym today and weighed myself. Um…lost 8 lbs. So, I decided to ask the front desk about the scale. Oh, yeah, it’s been weighing 7 lbs heavy! I was like, you could’ve put up a sign! So, I didn’t gain all that weight in Greece at all! Thank God!
OMG! I had a candy bar yesterday. I don’t recall the last time I had one! It was really weird. And, of course, it happened at work, in the afternoon. And you know what? Before the summer ends, I really want to have smores.
I went back to the gym. The numbers aren’t good. It must’ve happened during all those Greek meals?...I’ve revised my goal number, but all of a sudden that’s seeming unrealistic without drastic measures! This is BAD.
Well, I went off to Greece and had sweets there, but have been good since getting back to NYC. (Except for the Banana party this weekend.) But, I have only been riding my bike once a week, and not making it to the gym at all. I did do yoga once! I need to get over there and weigh myself. I’m not feelin’ too thin!
Took Memorial weekend off for ice cream, fudge and taffy. It was the shore’s fault! But, on a good note, I am learning to have just coffee for dessert after dinner. It’s pretty ok! (Yes, I’m using skim milk!)
Lost 3 lbs! But is that the normal monthly ups and downs? Watched as friends ate ice cream in front of me last night.
