but im not sure how to..

A few days ago I cut myself, as i have been doing for about 8 years, since i was 12..but this time, i managed to cut and just miss my veins..im now nursing all my stitches..and i should be feeling happy to be alive..but i cant feel happy..and i dont feel like i ever will
