weave placemats for others

—folks who are (hopefully) not likely to read this, at least this month, are marrying one another this January. I’ve got a warp all wound (480 ends of 16/2 cotton sett at 30 ends per inch, 16 inches in the reed), the reed rough-sleyed (3 loops/2 loops alternating in a 6-dent reed) and carried to the loom; found the extra heddles this morning and put them in place, and now it’s time to climb into the back of the loom and start threading heddles.
