I looked at my personal stats on how many books i have checked out and read just from our own collection.2608 books , that is a count of the books that i actually checked out AND READ, it does not even cover what i preread prior to cataloging. and the Ill req’s that i read after i got them for some one else.
i visit a different metro library every week.i check out a min. of 6 books and 6 cd’s of music. i carry 8 library cards that are active and several that have not been updated in some time.
some see this as a weird way to spend my off days. yet i can’t stop. Oh, there are so many more to read!
