My dad read this when it first came out  — 8 months ago

and said, “I didn’t know anyone else thought this way!” I read it at the time and just went, “Huh?” DH read it and taught himself how to do it, I tried again…still “huh?”

So, I should try it again. My mind set is different than it had been, and if the two main men in my life can either just do this like breathing or teach it to themselves, then I ought to be able to do it too!
