rgioc needs to get rid of the jelly belly
I think i’ve done good today. Had 2 slices of brown toast with strawberry jam and some orange juice. For lunch i had lemon chicken with mange tout salad sandwich and ice water. For dinner i had chilli and coriander prawns with stirfry. Then for snacks i had a banana with a glass of tropical juice. I also had frozen yogurt and granola and a small choc rice krispy cake. Maybe too many snacks but i’m full and satisfied. I walked home from work today and at 6.30pm i’m going to do my workout dvd
