I went to the movies twice this week and saw

The Dark Knight
A great piece of entertainment—but I have to admit I liked Batman Begins a little more. Heath Ledger was fantastic as the Joker, which… is very sad considering he’s gone. A standout performance though that won’t be forgotten though.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army
A huge disappointment for a lot of reasons – and I was rooting for the bad guy, but I’m partial to faerietale and folklore. There were some funny moments, and I ended up crying when the Elemental got shot, but there were too many plot issues for this one to be entirely enjoyable.
