Lose 60 lbs (read all 99 entries…)

but I had two soft tacos, home made tonight for dinner, at about 6:45 or so. Hopefully it will work it’s way out before I hit the scale in the morning, I want to continue to go down in weight, please!:D hahaha! Did I mention, my friend and I have a pact to lose 15lbs in the next 3.5 months. We are getting together in October, she lives a few states away, and we both want to be in the 150’s by then. That would kick butt for both of us, lol! So I need to seriously kick my own butt into gear!:D Family visiting tomorrow. I’ll get in my 20 minute walking interval in the morning, so I can start on my new exercise routine. It’s hard to do something you say you’re going to do, only to sit and not do it, I keep coming up with excuse after excuse not to work out. Or, I just get lazy, and want to sit on the computer the whole day. That’s what usually happens. But starting tomorrow, I’m going to limit myself to 2 hours on the computer. Finally going to work on that goal of mine, lol! I won’t say, we’ll see, cause usually I do, and then I don’t get the things done I want to get done, because in my mind, I’ve already quit. I don’t want to do that anymore. No wonder my dad has such a hard time sticking to the diet, and exercise. Good luck everyone!:D
