When I first started working in the new housing construction business, it seemed very easy to slap together homes seeing as how nobody ever builds custom homes anymore (not true). But very little has changed in the fundamentals of home construction over the years so applying such vast amounts of new technology from computer graphics design concepts to the machinery itself, makes things just that much more easy and freaking difficult at the same time, I want to build within the next 6 years or so when I feel I have all the necessary information to do so. Knowledge is power!
