Lately I've been drinking everything but water!! — 6 months ago
But I plan on drinking one bottle a day starting from Monday.
I’ve been drinking mainly diet coke and bitter lemon and only have a little water just before bed so that really needs to change.
I have water ready so I just need Monday to roll on, well actually I will start tomorrow. I am finding myself quite dehydrated and thirsty and it’s because I’m not drinking enough so the water should sort that out and I think when I start exercising I will need to drink 1/2 – 1 other bottle of water a day also.
