i want to become the person that’s hidden deep beneath layers of stuff, gathered through years of being “nice”, og doing the “right” thing, of being afraid to “rock the boat”

I know what you mean about being “nice” and doing the “right” thing and being afraid to “rock the boat.” That basically sums me up! I wish I could stand up to people, I wish I could do what I want to do, instead of what people expect me to do…
we do things for two reasons only,. One is out of fear and the other out of love. Sounds a bit wrong but test yourself. Don’t do things out of fear – fear of rejection, fear of people. React out of love, for yourself primalirly, but also out of love for others. Sometimes we say yes only because we are scared (fear) find the love – self love as well!! and just go for it
