The property has been on the market for 2 weeks. Nobody has even been inside it yet! The carrying costs really aren’t that bad, but if 2 months go by I’ll drop the price about $20k and look to do slightly better than break even.
what do you think about flipping houses? i really would like to get started in doing this. i have been doing a lot of research on the matter. i just dont want to go into debt with the possiblity that i might get hung with it. let me know what you think
