lose about 30 pounds (read all 3 entries…)

Today I weighed myself and I weigh 141.5… which is good. The weight is coming off slower that I had wanted it to, but the really weird thing is that I don’t think about losing the weight as much as i used to. I honeslty think that stressing myself out by thinking about losing it made it harder to actually lose it. I’m not trying to be an expert or anything… i’ve only lost 8 pounds, but it’s a good 8 pounds… and it feels great!

If you would like to know, I too have the same goal, except I have lost only 6 pounds (give or take after Easter candy). It sounds like you know what you are doing, so would you mind sharing your diet/exercise plans? Thanks, and great job again.
