My daily to-do list goal has helped with this a bit, I think. I also keep weekly to-do lists in my planner and monthly to-do lists on my calendar. Maybe I should spend a little less time organize and more time doing =P

Procrastinators Planner

I just bought the 2007 Procrastinators handbook and it features great “To-Do” lists including the headings: “Gotta do this week”, “Should have done long ago”, “Waiting for inspiration”, “Trying to Delegate”, “Holding out for pressure” and “Hoping it goes away.” There is a smiley face to check if you get it DONE and a sad face under the “DO IT LATER” column.
I’ve found it very helpful in being more honest with my to-do lists.
