Problem is you need a lot of money to get started. Also someone said a real estate license is good, so I’ll look into that, plus learning how to do home maintanence. I’m sort of an artist and I can create visual appeal so I think I would be able to put this to use in fixing up the house inside and out. Anyone know about buying seized properties?
