wednesday:
15 minutes cardio

one session of body balance, one session of pilates

for today: thursday
cardio for 20 minutes
weight training (4) 2 sets each abs (6) with an exercise ball 15 reps, crunches 15 reps, side crunches 15 each side, scissor legs, v ups, plank walks.
20 minutes cardio
one session of body combat
